1.) What is “Quarantined Archives”?
a. The name stems from the ‘Quarantine’ sign on the inside of the hatch on LOST. The word ‘Archive’ is in reference to the archive of videos and files the site provides.
2.) How often do you update your site?
a. As often as I can.
3.) How often do you put new episodes of LOST online?
a. As soon as I get them.

a. If you are a member, maybe.

a. As long as you don’t put them on a website and claim them as your own, yes.

C.) Technical Problem Questions:
1.) I downloaded grouper, now what?
a. Please install it. J
2.) I downloaded grouper, and it won’t let me join?
a. Make sure it is installed properly. If it is there will be two new icons of your desktop, one for launching grouper and another for the downloaded episodes.
3.) I finished downloading an episode of lost. The sound is there, but no video?
a. You maybe need to download the newest version of windows media player here: (windowsmedia.com/download)
b. You may need to download the DivX Codec here: (http://www.divx.com/) Download the FREE version, unless you want the other one.
4.) I downloaded a file. Yet the sound and video do not match up?
a. Your computer is working too slowly. Please exit out of all unneeded programs and try again.

1.) How do I share files?
a. Hit the share button at the top of the grouper window. Then use the navigation bar to find the files you wish to share. Select all files you want to share and hit the share button.
2.) How do I see what other users have to share?
a. Click on their names. A list of files will appear.
3.) How do I download files?
a. Browse users until you find the desired file. Double click the file to begin the transfer. To watch the transfer, hit the transfer tab at the top of the grouper window.
4.) How do I speak with other members?
a. Right-click on their name, and select instant message.
5.) How do I change my screen name?
a. Right-click on your name in the upper-right-hand corner of the grouper window. Select OPTIONS, and then PROFILE.
6.) How do I change my email address?
a. Right-click on your name in the upper-right-hand corner of the grouper window. Select OPTIONS, and then PROFILE.
